Acrylic Bite Guard Care

Place over all teeth and gently press with your fingers to insert it fully
Do Not bite it into position. Biting your appliance into place will result in damage and distortion affecting the fit.
Remove with gentle, even pressure on both sides
Run under cold tap water before cleaning, to prevent distortion
Clean with water and toothpaste only
Do Not allow your appliance to dry out. Store it in the case with a wet tissue to prevent drying out completely
Alternatively submerge your appliance in a solution of 1/2 water and 1/2 mouthwash when you are not using it
Do Not allow your appliance near high temperatures. Heat will cause distortion.
Bring in when you come for check ups to have it checked periodically
