Covering Your Dental Costs

In an effort to accommodate you, our dental office accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, and Interac (debit).

If you have any questions about our payment methods or if you’re not sure if your payment method will be accepted, please ask our helpful receptionist, Nicole, on your next visit, or give her a call today.

Convenient Financing Options and Insurance Coverage

At Petrolia Dental, we believe everyone should have access to proper dental care. Ask our receptionist Nicole for information on out-of-office financing for dental procedures.

Our staff is also more than happy to help you determine if your insurance company will cover your dental treatment. We’ll also file your insurance claims for you, although we do require same-day payment for services rendered.

Dental Emergencies and Appointment Cancellations

If you have a dental emergency, please call our dental office right away. We keep emergency flex-time available, so our team is usually able to help you right away if you need immediate attention.

In the event that you cannot make a dental appointment, cancellations must be made two business days before your scheduled appointment. We appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
